How Does This Whole Thing Work?

If, after reading our pricing and services page, you aren't sure what type of restoration work your photo needs, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you. If you have visited our pricing and services page and know exactly what you want done, all you have to do send us your photo and pay online or by check. Once we have received your photo and payment, we will begin work on your photo.

Do You Restore My Actual, Physical Photograph?

No. We digitize your original photograph by scanning it, then we restore the photograph digitally. Your photo is handled the least amount possible and returned to you in it's original condition.

How Long Will It Take?

Typically, we can have your restored photograph back to you in just a few days, but it depends on the complexity of the restoration. If it is a complicated restoration, it can take longer.

Will I Be Able To Approve My Photos?

Absolutely! After we have finished working on your photo(s), we will place them on a web page for you to browse to and approve. If you are not completely happy with the finished product, we will work with you to resolve any issues. If all else fails, we will refund your money.

Can You Restore Any Photo?

No. Some photos are damaged beyond repair and cannot be saved. If there is still an image in the photograph, chances are we can rescue it--or at least rescue part of the photo. If we cannot restore your photo we will let you know why immediately.

What Happens If I am Not Happy With My Restored Photo?

Photo Doctor offfers a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with you photo. We will either work on your photo until you are happy with it or we will refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Why Do You Need Payment In Advance?

Photo restoration is very work intensive and can take a siginificant amount of time. We cannot spend hours on a photo and hope to be paid for our work. Instead, we offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your photo.

What About Shipping?

We provide free shipping for your restored prints. If you send us an original photo that requires special return packaging, the return shipping cost will be added to your invoice.

Can I Send You My Original Photo?

Yes! You can send us your original photographs via U.S. Mail, FedEx, or any other means that you feel comfortable with. Please package your photo(s) appropriately to prevent them from being damaged during mailing. We will return your photo to you in it's original condition; however, we are not responsible for any photos lost in the mail. Also, if your orginal photo needs special return packaging and shipping, we will contact you with any additional costs.
