How can you be assured that you will be happy with the restoration of your photograph?

You will be able to see your finished photos on our Proof Approval page before your order is deemed completed and shipped back to you. We want to make sure that you are totally happy with your restored photographs before we return them to you.

If, after reviewing your proofs, you are not 100% satisfied with your restored photos, we will work on them until you are. All you have to do is tell us what you want fixed.

If all else fails and we cannot provide you with the finished product you expected, we will promptly return your money to you.*

* Please note that after acceptance and shipment of your approved photos, our money back guarantee is no longer applicable. Also, our money back guarantee does not extend to any completion deadline unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
