We will provide you with a proof of your finished photos for you to review and approve before your order is deemed completed and shipped back to you. After the work on your photo is completed, we will send you a link to a webpage where you can see your photo. After you have approved your photo we will then make your prints and ship them to you. We want to make sure that you are totally happy with your restored photographs before we return them to you.
If, after reviewing your proofs, you are not 100% satisfied with your restored photos, we will work on them until you are. All you have to do is tell us what you want fixed.
If All Else Fails
If all else fails and we cannot provide you with the finished product you expected, we will promptly return your money to you.
Please note that after approval and shipment of your approved photos, our money back guarantee is no longer applicable.
Also, our money back guarantee does not extend to any completion deadline unless agreed upon in writing by both parties. Please submit any deadline requirements with your orginal order.
