By submitting your photograph(s) to Photo Doctor 911 for restoration and/or coloring services, you agree to give us permission to use the photograph on this website or any other Photo Doctor 911 owned website or photograph gallery or portfolio for demonstration purposes. You acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the photograph(s) and that we have the right to resize and/or edit the picture so we can use it on our website or in our galleries or portfolios. Your name or any other personal information will not be used in conjunction with your photograph(s).
We do not guarantee that your photograph will be added to or used on any of our websites or in any of our photo galleries.
We cannot be held responsible for any information you submit to us. Your e-mail address will be stored (but not published) for internal use should we need to contact you about your photograph. Your e-mail address will not be given, shared or sold to anyone.
We take full responsibility for your original photo(s) when they are in our possession, but we are are not responsible for any original photos lost in shipping.
We hold your photos in strict confidence and always respect your privacy.
You Can Opt Out
If you do not want your photograph(s) to appear on any of our websites or in any of our galleries or portfolios, please contact us and we will remove them immediately.
